If you’re thinking that with Back to School being right around the corner that it’s too late to put your house on the market for a quick sale/move…. think again! Homes that owners have kept updated with good ‘bones’ (HVAC, roof, windows, etc) & have current color and materials (neutral wall pallette … sorry purple’s not ‘in’, hard wood or engineered flooring, lighting fixtures, chances are if you’re priced right … BOOM it sells quickly. Whether your home is a $100K home or a $1M home, if it’s been kept nicely with updates, buyers are still willing to reward you with an attractive offer.
